"B2B4U"

Legalization support

According to its price list, the incubator provides support with the residence card and the Blue Card and arranges work permits, meaning the oświadczenie (declaration of work) and the zezwolenie, free of charge. One client moved to B2B4U with a second Blue Card, and there were no issues.

No delays with customer contracts

A client says that at their previous incubator a contract with a US customer took almost two months to approve, while at B2B4U things get resolved quickly.

Foreign currency accounts

Sub-accounts in dollars and euros are opened right away and free of charge.

Works through Telegram

Documents are ordered through a Telegram bot, and a client says the system is fast and doesn't break.

Cons of the EOR company
"B2B4U"

Price went up

Since January 2026 the subscription costs PLN 500 instead of PLN 350, plus a PLN 1,000 starting fee for the first two months. The price list states that VAT may be added to the prices.

Higher umowa zlecenia minimum

The minimum amount for umowa zlecenia has been raised for new contracts.

Conflict with management

A client says management treated them arrogantly and rudely. For two months there were errors in the work, but no one admitted fault, and in the end the contract was terminated.

Some bookkeeping falls on you

Clients calculate and set aside the tax above the second threshold themselves. There is no overall table of all payouts. Instead, an Excel export is sent once a month.

Resident Reviews
"B2B4U"

Everything’s great, the CRM doesn’t break, it all works fast and withdrawals go through, and dollar and euro accounts are opened for free right away. The only thing I didn’t like is that they raised the minimum amount under the umowa zlecenia for all new contracts.
I’ve worked with three incubators and settled on B2B4U. Here you have to calculate and set aside the tax above the second threshold yourself, and there’s no CRM with a table of all payouts and invoices, but they send me an Excel export every month, so I’m happy.
The management talked down to me and was rude, and from the first minutes it felt like the client was their enemy. In two months of working together there were regular mistakes, but nobody owned up to them, and the issues were never resolved. In the end they blamed everything on me and terminated the contract.
I left my previous incubator, which spent almost two months failing to approve a contract with my US client. I moved to B2B4U from an employment contract on my second Blue Card, and there were no issues. Day to day it’s been fine too, questions get resolved quickly.
