Weexpert (including Biznes Expert)

WeExpert is a business incubator for freelancers that arranges work through B2B and employment contracts. It lets you work with Polish and foreign customers without your own company, and the setup is convenient for foreigners too.

At the same time, users complain about frequent coordinator changes, document delays and unexpected changes to the terms. Some say the balance has to be cleared by the end of the month, that there are extra fees and that tax documents are complicated, especially when working through Upwork.

Overall Business Incubator Rating
"WeExpert"

WeExpert (formerly Biznes Expert) gives freelancers in Poland a standard set of services, including legalization and accounting. It lets you work without your own company and with foreign customers, and it answers in several languages. At the same time, clients often complain about coordinator changes, unexpected changes to the terms, difficulties with tax reporting, payout delays, extra charges and the requirement to empty the account at the end of the month. The incubator suits those who need basic services and are ready for administrative hassle, while people who care about speed, a personal approach and transparent finances should compare it with others.

Resident Reviews
"WeExpert"

Their ads promise payouts within one business day, but for the last six months more than half of my payments have gone out a day late. It used to run like clockwork.
With WeExpert, money from my client in the UAE came through in a couple of days.
I get paid via Wise, and nobody at WeExpert knows what to put in the transfer field.
Everything’s fine for me at WeExpert, but it’s better to agree on how you’ll work in advance, otherwise extra admin costs pop up later.
Everything is quick and clear. You can always reach them by phone. Support is in four languages (Polish, English, Russian and Ukrainian). If you keep talking to them, you can negotiate individual terms. They help with everything. All in all, I’m happy.
Better to steer clear of WeExpert (formerly biznes expert).
Instead of setting up our cooperation quickly, you created bureaucratic chaos with the documents.
WeExpert requires you to bring your balance to zero by the end of the month to avoid extra tax.
I’m comfortable working with WeExpert. Consultations are free, and they help you figure out the cooperation options.
I’ve been with them since March 2023. No problems so far, everything gets resolved quickly.
According to my coordinator, WeExpert now only does an umowa o dzieło for legalization for as long as the oświadczenie is valid. 😢
My coordinator says they no longer do the minimal umowa zlecenia + umowa o dzieło, because it might get refused.
Sharing my experience with this incubator ⬆️ In two years I’ve had so many managers I’ve lost count. Two months ago they assigned me a new woman who has made so many mistakes that I’m worn out. She makes up new rules, and last month she was insisting the services cost more than I pay. Several times they took money from my account without any grounds. Constant problems with VAT.
The incubator wants invoices for every Upwork order and their NIP. 🥴
Managers kept changing over two years. They refuse to book invoices for equipment and business trips, mistakes all the time, and when closing the account they messed up and I had to pay out of my own pocket.
They promised quick signing, but they didn’t accept a scan of the signed form and suggested I buy paid signing software. The manager was away for a long time, the contract was never signed, and they took a month to return my prepayment and didn’t answer emails.
I’ve been with WeExpert for almost a year. Issuing invoices is easy, the manager is always available, and transfers arrive within a day.
