Pros of the EOR company
"Moja Firma"

Standard set of services

The incubator helps with legalization, handles accounting and issues invoices, so it covers the basics.

Email contact

They answer emails, though not always quickly or consistently.

Cons of the EOR company
"Moja Firma"

Slow payouts and support

Clients say a payout request or an exchange with support can take a week, and they have to fill in many documents themselves.

Coordinators and contact

Staff change often, so a different person answers each time and there is no personal approach. Getting through by phone is also hard because the numbers don't work.

Calculation errors

The incubator makes mistakes in tax calculations and specifications and doesn't always explain how to fix them.

Rigid on taxes and contracts

Moja Firma won't apply the reduced tax rate to some professions that are entitled to it, testers for example, and doesn't sign long-term contracts.

Unexplained price increases

Clients say prices go up without any explanation.

Overall Business Incubator Rating
"Moja Firma"

Moja Firma offers a basic set of services, but its customer service has problems. Clients complain about slow work, constant coordinator changes and confusing communication, and calculation errors and unexpected price increases suggest that not everything is transparent. The incubator may work for simple tasks, but if you need speed and a personal approach, it is better to look at other options.

Resident Reviews
"Moja Firma"

Moja Firma finds a ton of reasons not to do an umowa o dzieło. Too many conditions, and there’s always some excuse.
When I was choosing a business incubator, Moja Firma seemed to have the most unreasonable requirements. I don’t know what their policy is, but everything is way too complicated.
I pay Moja Firma for their services, and for that money they don’t really do much. I have to handle almost all the paperwork myself.
To get your money at Moja Firma you have to wait a week and fill everything in yourself. Not the service I was hoping for.
The replies are rude, and the contact phone doesn’t work. I sent a request for a specification, and the answer came three weeks later with a mistake in it.
Moja Firma said the tax would be 6%, and it turned out to be 32%. They said they made a mistake. Sure, and who’s going to give the money back?
It’s like there are no coordinators at all. Different people answer every time, and I’m already on the fifth one about the same question.
Once I noticed Moja Firma charged more than usual for their services. I wrote to them, but never got a reply.
They won’t do an umowa o dzieło for 3 years, and the 6% tax isn’t an option either. It’s expensive and there are more restrictions than I expected.
I wanted to clarify something about work artifacts, but support only gives generic answers, so I still don’t know what to do.
I read reviews before signing the contract, and everything seemed fine. But as soon as I signed, everything went wrong.
After I signed the contract they asked for payment within a week but never sent the payment details. I reminded them and still got silence.
We only got the payment details two days after emailing help@mojafirma.org. They’re slow to react.
Moja Firma refused to set up QA work under an umowa o dzieło because it supposedly goes against their rules. No explanation, no sensible reason.
First they approved the specification, then a few weeks later they said it wasn’t suitable. No consultation whatsoever.
Moja Firma raises the tax like it’s a joke. First it’s one thing, then another, and I have no confidence their calculations are accurate.
Support gives off-topic answers, especially about work artifacts. At first they said there was no problem, and then it turned out otherwise.
They ignored my questions about tax calculations several times, and in the end I lost both money and time.
I worked B2B through the Moja Firma incubator for six years.
